5Mbps upstream allows for VoIP telephone clarity, as well as the ability to upload large file attachments to e-mails or videos on Facebook and YouTube.

All Internet plans at HeroNet are unlimited. You’ll never pay more than 58.88$ per month (+tax) when you buy into this current plan. The “sign up” fee includes all that you see in the image to the left. Your monthly subscription will automatically renew on the last day of every month. Once your installation has been confirmed, you will be refunded the difference from your date of purchase to your date of installation.

Posting a 99% retention rate for over two years now, we can say that we owe it all to the unparalleled stability of our cable Internet. Cable Internet being the newer of the two technologies also comes with some great”future proof” characteristics. With the ability to upgrade or downgrade your speeds by simply calling one of our heroes, or sending a quick e-mail to info@heronet.ca. For our best customers, we will be glad to waive the speed change fee of $25 and reassess your speeds after every year of service. Although the reliability of this unlimited Internet plan has proven to be unmeasurable, ask one of our heroes or add to it’s constancy with a specific request to receive Motorola’s SB6141 modem. This comes highly recommended by our subscribers.

When signing up to our unlimited Internet plan please keep in mind that your current service provider will ask you for a 30 day notice to process your cancellation request.
